I’m so excited to launch this class series I’ve been working on called Evenings with the Elements. The first class will be held November 6th, 2019 at 6:30PM at The Commune, a truly beautiful event space. Tickets are available HERE. I’ll be sharing on the topic of healing foods for fall wellness - focusing on immunity and respiratory health which is connected to the season. We will also learn some relevant breath work, herbal remedies, and acupressure that will help you through this fall. Andrea Cortez from Mind Body Music will be joining us with her harp as I lead you through a gentle meditation to align with the season. I can’t wait - come join me!
