Mark Hyman, MD gives us the top reasons why we should all take a look at what we’re eating and cut back on the gluten & refined foods/flours in general. I don’t believe everyone needs to cut wheat/flour 100% out of their diet, but reducing your intake definitely helps to prevent weight gain and a host of other internal health problems!
