Let me tell you about the MK Herbal Soup Stock mix. It’s a nourishing blend of six Chinese herbs. These herbs are renown for their nutritive properties like improving energy and metabolism, helping improve the quality of blood cells, optimizing blood and oxygen circulation, aiding digestion, and supporting healthy internal organ function. It is an overall “tonic” - which means it improves vigor and well-being. Herb-infused stocks and broths are also traditionally used in Chinese households to keep up the health of the whole family. It is gentle, safe, and nourishing for everyone. This product is also great (especially with certain additional herbs given separately) for vegetarians, vegans, and women who are trying to conceive.

I’ve been using my stock in the kitchen for weeks now. I drink it warm between meals; I use it when I’m cooking soups as a broth base; I use it when I need a bit of liquid added to steam veggies; I use other herbs added to it for various therapeutic effects. It tastes deliciously enriched  - with a bit of spice and nutty flavor. A wonderful broth to boost your health and strengthen the body on a regular basis. I hope you can try it!

Broccoli rabe is one of my favorite bitter vegetables and I wanted to show it some love and mention exactly why it’s so wonderful &, I’ll even say, essential for us to eat bitter greens like these.
