Tribeza Magazine: February Wellness Issue 2019

February 12, 2019 by Sarah Luikart in press

I was overjoyed to contribute to the first ever Tribeza Wellness issue this month - and shocked to be on the cover of the issue as well! Pick up a copy of this local Austin gem and read my Inside Out piece, written along with my incredible friend, holistic esthetician Elizabeth Bentley of Neu Skin Austin. We talk all about the healing properties of aloe vera and how you can utilize this medicinal plant for the most healing benefit at home. You’ll find a recipe for a Pear & Aloe Gut tonic drink as well as a DIY Aloe face mist, too!

Many of you know the work we do @the_circle_austin. Many thanks and gratitude to @tribeza magazine for including us in their November Arts issue! I’m grateful to have the experience of this group in my life and to work with these talented ladies shown here beside me to support women in small business & entrepreneurship. 〰️ We have learned a lot in the past year & a half building this group & my heart has expanded from it in several ways. Health of mind, body & spirit is what @medicine_kitchen is all about… and @the_circle_austin has still got my spirit like 💫✨💗.
