Cooking is a form of meditation for me. It lets me be fully in the moment and in the flow. I am aware of all smells, sounds, motions, textures, flavors. I’m aware of the intention I’m setting with my meal and the attention I’m giving myself by cooking something nourishing. Everything else kind of slips away. In the end, it feels good & helpful to feed people. It connects my body, my mind, my spirit. What gets you into your flow in your life? I think it’s so different for us all and I’d love to hear yours. ❤️❤️
