Early morning infusion. Infusions are just basically really strong teas. Steep them for several hours to get the most benefit from the herbs and drink daily for therapeutic effect. This is nettle leaf, dulse, goji berry, astragalus, holy basil to build blood, qi, calm the nervous system & stimulate hair growth. I lost so much hair after Judd was born & recently got all my hormones tested and it was fascinating to see what my body has been up to on that level. Post-partum self care is so essential you guys. Please don’t deplete yourself like I did and end up recovering for years. This has been one of the biggest lessons of my life. Even drinking a simple infusion like this during your fourth trimester can make a huge difference. ❤️
