Most people know Chinese Medicine as acupuncture and herbs - but a huge part of this medicine is lifestyle based - food and nutrition therapy is a major part of that, as well as mindfulness and body/breathwork. I love spreading the word about this beautiful medicine that values living in accordance with nature and viewing your mind/body/spirit as an integrated whole. It’s truly a holistic way of life. Chinese medicine changed my life in so many ways when I was a young adult.
