I read this passage recently and it hit home more than ever. It’s something I struggle with. Although I try my best most days - it’s a challenge to always stay mindful as a mom with the kids, as a partner in a marriage, with myself and my health, with social media and daily life… it’s good to be reminded that if we give our loved ones our genuine attention - give our goals or work projects, friendships, homes, bodies or health our attention- they will rise to that and bloom more than ever. How do you tune in and be more mindful with yourself and others? I’ve been working on something special to help with this & can’t wait to share with you soon. 💗
