Oh how I love Gua Sha. It’s an ancient Chinese scraping technique used to increase blood flow & lymphatic drainage & relieve pain. It was also widely used for Chinese royal women as an anti-aging treatment to maintain their beautiful skin. Here’s a short and very fast video of my at-home facial gua sha routine! (Promise I’ll get better at these videos soon!) I’m now doing Facial Gua Sha add-ons to your acupuncture session upon request.❣️.
