I haven’t said a proper hello in awhile and there are some new people here, so hi 👋 I’m Sarah! I’m a licensed acupuncturist with a certification in applied clinical nutrition. I’ve been practicing East Asian Medicine for 12 years in Austin and am currently on hiatus from my private practice - doing creative projects, sharing info with you here, doing some Skype consultations, and writing book content! I am passionate about holistic health, eastern medicine, mindfulness and having conversations about wellness, healing, food, motherhood, and how we are all trying our best. I have 2 little boys, a funny and musical husband named Adam, a love for design and style, I love books and am pretty introverted, and I really want to be a gardener although I have no natural talent for it (better with people!). I love helping people feel better and here @medicine_kitchen I want to help you cultivate health at home. Thanks for being here 💗💗.

Broccoli rabe is one of my favorite bitter vegetables and I wanted to show it some love and mention exactly why it’s so wonderful &, I’ll even say, essential for us to eat bitter greens like these.
